Our programs train movement with an emphasis on muscle memory, which helps athletes play more effectively, perform quicker, and, over time, reduces the risk of injury.
Our pitching and throwing programs utilize a science-based approach that builds a stronger more powerful arm. We test and monitor arm health and use the data to adjust training to help our athletes feel strong all season. Our ArmCare program is backed by research, removes the guesswork, and gives us the data we need to assess an athlete and a create customized arm care program.
We work with a wide range of athletes--from young and aspiring to elite. No matter the skill level, we consider each individual athlete's goals to create a training plan to support his or her development and success.

KZONE instructors work within each pitcher's style, physical abilities, and potential to create a training plan that supports the athlete's development both pre-season, in-season, and off-season. Consistent physical repetition helps both baseball and softball pitchers build muscle memory, which helps to reduce the conscious mental effort of game-day pitching.
Hitting a baseball or softball is no easy task. It's not necessary to be the biggest player on the team to be a top hitter. Our training plan shows athletes how to build power from the ground up.
KZONE instructors educate athletes on the importance of arm care. Our position-specific throwing programs for both baseball and softball players have an integrated ArmCare program, which includes training on internal and external rotation, weekly strength testing, individualized pitching evaluations, and personalized workout programs.
We include strength and conditioning in our training plans to foster improvements in speed, strength, and power. Our plans become an essential component of a supportive recovery and injury prevention plan.
Athlete data is at the heart of everything we do.
We believe objective data is important to track player performance and identify opportunities for improvement. We build tools to help capture and analyze high quality data.
We also believe that players need to track their games better. We've worked very hard with Hitting Approach to Games tell us what we need to work on but existing game tracking tools don't
Please arrive at your training session a few minutes early. Arriving early shows respect for your instructor as well as the other athletes signed up for the same session.
It's best to bring all your gear to every training session (not just your bat and glove). Baseball pitchers may need their cleats. There are times when an athlete may need their batting helmet. Our instructors appreciate it when athletes come prepared.
